1. Pouring wine at an inappropriate temperature

The serving temperature of wine significantly influences its flavor profile. Caroline mentioned, “White and rosé wines should be stored in the refrigerator, but they shouldn't be served too cold, as overly chilled wine can dull the fresh and fruity notes.”

The ideal temperature range for white wines is between 7°C and 13°C. For red wines, it's best to keep them at room temperature, but remember to chill them a bit before serving.

2. Selecting an inappropriate glass shape
