HM Restaurant Group has announced that Bonita Fish Co. will pay tribute to Bonita Bill's while enhancing the experience at nearby Dixie Fish Co. with a menu inspired by coastal flavors and featuring local seafood. Renovations are scheduled to start right away. The restaurant will temporarily shut down and is expected to relaunch as Bonita Fish Co. in the middle of 2025.
