For those familiar with me, you know that I frequent various fast-food spots throughout the Wenatchee Valley each week, and McDonald's is among my favorites. Therefore, it caught me off guard to realize that McDonald's has undergone one of the most significant menu transformations in recent years, and this change has occurred just within the past few days.

‘The fast-food chain giant has revealed its biggest menu changes in years with a new McValue menu featuring eight items across breakfast, lunch and dinner. The items are available in stores and on the MyMcDonald’s app.’
The entire idea revolves around a buy one, get one for just a dollar. The McValue menu features 4 breakfast options along with another 4 choices for lunch and dinner.
For the morning meal:

- Sausage Biscuit
- Sausage Burrito
- Hash Browns

- 6-pc. Chicken McNuggets®

I have a friend in the tri-cities who is quite worried about my eating habits. He doesn’t hold back when he feels I’m making unhealthy choices, and I appreciate his honesty. His typical remark would be, “What’s the point of spending money on a McDonald's Double cheeseburger, only to go ahead and buy a second one for an extra dollar?”
In response to him, I'd say, "Well, it's McDonald's, and I enjoy it! I understand that opting for a double cheeseburger or small fries isn't the healthiest decision, but it's my choice to make whenever I feel like it. (You don't get to dictate my choices, Lon.)"

On the flip side, I have a friend at the office who often gets overwhelmed with his workload, leaving him no time to step out for lunch. For just a dollar, I can help him out by treating him to a double cheeseburger.
