(upbeat music) - [Narrator 1] The creators of social media know exactly how to capture our attention. - On every platform, influencers flaunting their muscles endorse various brands. - There are significant dangers. Most of these products lack regulation from the food and drug administration. - There were nights when I couldn't get any sleep. - [Narrator 3] It was a tough time. - [Narrator 1] It became overwhelming.
